• Contact information is exchanged only upon mutual agreement.

6. Fees and Billing

• The platform may charge a flat referral fee, monthly subscription, or per-lead rate.
• All fees will be clearly communicated before acceptance.
• You are responsible for collecting and invoicing your own professional fees from clients.

7. Content and Profile Management

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring all written content, practice areas, and credentials listed in your profile are truthful and accurate.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove your access to the platform if:

• False credentials are discovered;
• You breach these terms;
